I would like to read https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9916296/ about the various pedagogical methods of teaching PE. I am getting an endorsement in PHE teaching even though my student teaching is EAL. I hope to transition to PHE as my degree background is in Kinesiology. I want to familiarize myself with teaching methods for PHE.

I would like to attend the Shape America Conference in Ohio from March 12-16. I want to develop my skills in PE teaching learning. This will be a great chance to discover different teaching methods as well as networking with other teachers.

I implemented a skin color and cultural diversity lesson into my English lessons for 5th and 6th grade. I taught them about the science of skin color as well as talked about beauty standards, as well as diversity. The students were receptive to the ideas and received the class well.

One big challenge I faced in the program was learning how to plan for PBL. I am in a country where PBL almost never is a part of education in the public schools. It was a weak point in my skills as a teacher. I learned a lot through the unit on PBL and have been able to continue to learn about PBL ever since.
9. Personal Ethic
A personal ethic of mine is fairness. This is incorporated into my life in the way i treat people in my daily life. I believe every person should be treated fairly. As a teacher, I believe all students are entitled to equal and fair education.
